Howdy!
While it hasn't quite been as relaxing as I had hoped, the break has proved to be interesting to say the least. There have been (and will continue to be) changes here, there, and elsewhere, most notably; I'm going to try to add long (1,500+ word) written reviews on all the performances I see, and as you might have figured out already three new posts on or about Dance in Montreal, Quebec and/or Canada every morning before 9AM. (Ummm, actually only on days when there isn't something bigger, like a podcast, or longer, like a review).
So to start with a whimper, something called Guerilla [sic] Magazine uses the closing of Le Groupe Dance Lab as an opportunity to ruminate on the current state of the dance world in Ottawa.
